Waitangi trip.

Yesterday we were in Waitangi at the museum we were creating a story about our culture. T here was heaps of pictures that we saw first of all we had a choice to stay inside ofrgo for a walk so the girls stayed inside and the boys went outside . Our teachers that were there were Whaea Kerry and Whaea Monica. Whaea Monica went with the boys and Whaea Kerry stayed with us. First of all Whaea Kerry showed us around the room and showed us all the things to tutu with and then we had 4 minutes to try everything out .The main thing i liked was the vertual reality world GL and the little robots that we were using .

Pink Shirt Day

On Friday the 17th of May our whole school  wore pink shirts. The reason we all did this was to raise a awareness  about anti bullying, cyber bullying,  and  any other type of bullying. Our whole class created  poster's because we care and we want to stop bullying. and this is my poster.

Hi my name is Te Atawhai I come from Karetu Primary School and now go to Bay of Islands College. I'm from Pawarenga and Pipiwai i have 17 brothers and sisters I was born in Auckland .Im the 6 youngest .Im good at netball and i enjoy playing with my friends. My challenges are to be a different person and believe in myself. My goal for this year is to show some respect to the teachers and others.This year im looking forward to being a better person. The only one that inspires me is my sister because she helps me with everything i love connecting with everyone.
